Lighting

There are several different types of lights used in houses. Some common types include:

Incandescent Lights: These are the traditional light bulbs that have been used for decades. They work by passing electricity through a filament that heats up and produces light. They are relatively cheap, but not very energy-efficient.

Halogen Lights: These lights use halogen gas to produce a bright white light. They are often used in task lighting, such as reading lamps or desk lamps. these are not very energy efficient.

Fluorescent Lights: These lights use a gas and a phosphor coating to produce light when electricity passes through them. They are more energy-efficient than incandescent lights and have a longer lifespan, but they can be more expensive to purchase. They are also pretty out dated.

LED Lights: LED stands for Light Emitting Diode, and these lights are becoming increasingly popular in homes. They are highly energy-efficient and have a long lifespan, making them a cost-effective option in the long run. These are the best choice for most lighting operations

Smart Lights: These lights are connected to a network and can be controlled using a smartphone app or voice commands. They can be programmed to turn on and off at specific times or in response to certain events.

Decorative Lights: These are lights that are used for decorative purposes, such as string lights or colored accent lights. They can add ambiance and atmosphere to a room, but are not typically used for primary lighting purposes
