“Jeremy and his team went above and beyond — switched our heating to a cheaper tariff, timed our hot water, and recommended a heat pump that cut our heating costs by 30%. Family-first, energy-smart, and genuinely local.”

Common questions.
How fast can you actually get there?
Most after-hours call-outs on the NW coast we're on the road within 30 minutes and on-site within the hour for Smithton, Stanley, Wynyard and Burnie. Farther out (Devonport, Ulverstone) we'll give you a real ETA before we leave — no false promises.
What counts as an electrical emergency?
No power to the whole house, a switchboard that keeps tripping and won't reset, burning smells from outlets or the meter box, water in a fitting, a damaged service line on your roof, or anything that's sparking. If you're unsure, call — we'll triage on the phone for free.
What do I do right now while I wait?
Turn the main switch off at the switchboard if you can do it safely. Stay clear of any downed lines and call TasNetworks (132 004) if you see one. Don't try to reset a breaker that's burnt, smells hot, or trips immediately — that's what we're coming for.
How much does an after-hours call-out cost?
Call-out fee plus first hour is a fixed price quoted before we leave. After-hours and weekend rates apply outside 7am–5pm Mon–Fri. We tell you the number before you commit — no surprise invoices.
Do you do insurance reports?
Yes. If the fault is the result of a storm, surge or external event, we provide a written report and photos suitable for an insurance claim.
Do you cover landlords and rentals?
Yes — and we'll deal with the property manager directly if you'd rather not. Same-day compliance paperwork for the agent.
“We're not the biggest sparkies in Tassie. We just want to be the ones you trust enough to ring twice.”
