Heating in Ulverstone

Heating in Ulverstone.

01

Between two weather stations.

There's no Bureau temperature station in Ulverstone itself. The open stations either side, at Burnie and Devonport Airport, average July overnight lows of 7.6 °C and 4.8 °C. That spread is why we size from a heat-load calculation, not a town average.

02

1960s to 1980s brick veneer.

Plenty of central-coast brick veneers from this era still have rubber-insulated cable in the roof space. When we run the new heat pump circuit, we'll tell you what we see up there, without turning it into a sales pitch.

03

Valley properties.

Out in the Leven Valley, long cable runs mean voltage drop matters. We size the supply properly, so the heat pump isn't starved of power on a cold morning.

FAQ

Ulverstone heat pump questions.

Which heat pump brands do you install?

Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Fujitsu and Panasonic. We stick to brands with parts and warranty support on the North West coast.

Do you cover Penguin, Forth and Turners Beach?

Yes. Our Ulverstone run includes Penguin, Turners Beach, West Ulverstone, Forth, Sprent and Riana.

Can the heat pump go in while we're rewiring?

Yes, and it often makes sense. If you're rewiring in stages, we can plan the heat pump circuit into the same job, so the walls and roof space only get opened once.

Do you take the old unit away?

Yes. Removal, legal refrigerant recovery and disposal are part of every replacement quote.

“We're not the biggest sparkies in Tassie. We just want to be the ones you trust enough to ring twice.”
